Bee-Safe Gardening • Tuesday, March 29th:
Join master gardener and Metro Denver PPAN Chapter Member, Kelli Marko, in an informal conversation on how to "bee safe" in your yards and gardens. Kelli will share ideas for: finding bee-friendly plants locally; starting seeds; and making your yard a hospitable habitat for native bees and other pollinators. She'll also share strategies on how to talk to nurseries about their pesticide use, and starting plants from untreated seed. Don’t start your spring garden clean-up just yet... Kelli has some tips to share about that and summer gardening practices too! Come with questions!
